How We Plan for Your Wedding Day

At A Beautiful Day Photography we take pride in our work and guarantee that when it comes to your wedding day, your photography will run as smoothly as possible. A great deal of planning goes into each shoot which ensures that you receive high end creative images of your special day. The following is our advanced planning process:

There's an initial meeting with Raya and Deborah, who will personally take care of you throughout the process. At this meeting, we get to know your needs and expectations for your wedding photographs. You will be given a checklist of wedding photos that we typically take. This is where you have the opportunity to let us know about the absolute must have moments. These are in addition to our photojournalistic shots and formals.

A visit to the wedding and reception site is made far in advance by Raya and Deborah. This helps us to get familiar with the ideal locations to take your photos on the day of your wedding, and keeps the posed bridal party photos moving smoothly.

On the wedding day, we will work with the bride or wedding planner to coordinate when specific shots are taken as well as the spontaneous ones.

Film is dropped off on the next business day at the professional lab in for processing. Expect a quick turn around time of 2 to 3 weeks for your online proofs and photographs.
